Best addon feature is, install auto refresh addon in Firefox and make your website your homepage and it will bloom.

Alexa gets it's data to compile it's ranking from the millions of users that have these types of add-ons installed. If NO ONE with the Alexa toobar or these add-ons visits your website then Alexa won't even know about your website which equals a 25,000,000 Alexa ranking.

It so sad that some people are so cynical. Must suck to live in your world.

So by installing the add-ons I mentioned, Alexa will now start getting data on your website and your Alexa ranking will go up as you continue maintaining and interacting with your own websites.

It's not cheating or hardly a "black hat method", it's simply letting Alexa know your sites exists. By installing the add-ons you'd be helping the ranking of every website you visit including this WJunction Forum and any other websites you visit.

You're not putting anything on your website like a Alexa ad/link or Alexa ranking number for people to see, and anyone can go to Alexa.com and see the ranking data about any website.

As your Alexa ranking go up so will your traffic and those Google Analytics numbers you are so worried about.


Not every website is a warez site. Someday you may have to move out of your parents basement and start paying your own bills by placing ads on your websites. Now sssh, don't wake up your mommy in the other room. Some people are EPIC LOSERS!



Bottom line is that you can wait for someone with the Alexa toolbar or add-ons to visit your site and keep that 25,000,000 Alexa ranking or install the Alexa add-ons or toolbar and help Alexa find your website thereby increasing your Alexa ranking while simultaneously helping increase the traffic to your site.

I put the info out there to help the people that want it.

Use it or not... I could really care less what your website's Alexa ranking.
