I'm thinking of buying a domain off them.
But the extension I'm looking for says it's a 24-48 hr wait time.

Are they trusted?
What's your experience?

Have you ever seen a company reply your tickets after one month? And let me wait for my refund for so much time but still not received.

First, my domain g.bb was disappeared,

Second, so long time to wait for their reply but no response.

Yes they did. I got it within 10 minutes. The domain I registered was denied and they refunded me over chat.

i believe that happened as the domain is PREMIUM. btw you guys can try - http://iwantmyname.com/ as well, good registrar with lots of extensions.
