First what kind of setup is your vps/dedi useing?
Do you have a control panel...

Have u registered your nameservers and i dont mean creating sub domains...

Are your nameservers and ips resolving to your dns server (if hosted on server)

Hello, sorry for late reply. I had to leave for an urgent work.

1. Control Panel is Kloxo.

2. Yes I did registered the NS before using them.

Didn't get your last question.

Thank you

As soon as I change DNS to private i.e ns1.filefreakz.com and ns2.filefreakz.com site doesn't load. But when I use registrar DNS i.e ns1.dynadot.com and ns2.dynadot.com site loads even though both points to my server.

Named and qmail service was not started. That is what caused your imap and dns provlems.
