Yes we know it's a small bug we encountered, it should be fixed within the hour. Instead go into "Account" and click on direct-download. That should do the trick

My failed uploads files is now shown at file manager, I am trying to delete them but:

1. no option to select all (when I click the usual button, it doesnt select all)
2. when I select the files and click delete, it wont delete the files, I can only delete it one by one by clicking the delete "x" button in each file

1) Thanks for pointing that out, we will definitely add a select all button on top.

2) Yes that's a small bug which will be fixed today. If you press the "X" button on the right side of the file it should do the trick.
