Default Magento VS OS Commerce

I wanna know what other webmasters think about these TWO shopping carts:

Magento Commerce and OS Commerce.

What software will be better for running ecommerce sites?

Why?

According to me Magento offers properly organized admin pannel along with clean & well organized website structure. Its admin is well organized and most items of concern are thoroughly covered. Magento is an eCommerce website solution which is frequently improved. eCommerce website developers like me and ebusiness owners look forward the new releases of Magento. On the Other Hand OsCommerce is rather old and it doesn’t surprise website owners with new updates.
