i made it by google, i want to make a certain site appear as the first result when i type a certain word, is this possible?

if this is YOUR search engine, and the code is hosted on your server. yes you can make any site appear in the first position.
just add some HTML code tags the the results page before the actual results grabbed from google.

My opinion if you want to see in Ist page, at first you find accurate Keyword Research by nichee, then you also follow - Original and Optimized Content, Web Page Optimization, Article Syndication, Social Bookmarking.
Again i say only accurate keyword bring your site in ist page.
